How do I register for a class?

Login or Register with MIND BODY. You may also get the Healing Elements app for your phone. In your app or play store simply search “Healing Elements” and look for our logo and download! Under the “classes” tab, find a list of upcoming classes. You can click on the class or therapist name to see a description. When you’ve found the perfect class “Sign up Now” and make a single or recurring reservation. You will then be prompted to choose your pricing option, pay for your class and you’re set to go! Keep in mind that we offer one week of unlimited classes for $25 to new students. This pricing option is not available online and will need to be redeemed in person.

What is the registration window?

Pre-registration is not required for hourly classes.

Is there a class package option?

Yes, you can purchase a package of 10 classes for $150 which expires 2 years from the purchase date. The 10 class package is valid all toward in-studio hourly classes.

When does my class package expire?

All class packages expire two calendar years from purchase date.

May I share my class package?

You can share your class package with family or friends. If you and a family member are planning to reguarly attend classes, we offer a significant discount on family memberships!

What do I bring?

If you have a yoga mat please bring that along to class and any other props you like. Healing Elements does have extra mats and plenty of props, cushions, blankets, etc. that you may need for a particular class. We ask that you clean your borrowed mat after using it with our mat cleaner spray and a hand towel. Thank you!

What if I have never done yoga before?

That’s great! You are taking a wonderful step toward improved health and well-being. We suggest starting with Yin, Restorative, Gentle Flow, or Strength and Stretch as a good way to learn the poses, understand the language, get comfortable with breathing techniques, get familiar with your range of motion and experience being in your body. Our certified teachers offer modifications for injuries or disabilities and can meet you where you are at no matter which class you choose.

What is the massage appointment cancellation policy?

We require that you give a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation. In the result of a late cancellation (within 24 hours of appointment) or failing to show for a scheduled appointment, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the intended price for the booked session to honor our therapists valuable time.

What do i wear during massage?

What you wear during your massage therapy session is your choice. Our licensed and talented therapists will honor your body and your space in a respectful manner.

What comes with the monthly recurring membership?

We have a variety of membership options to fit your specific needs! 

10 Class Pack ($150) → This is a one time purchase, you have 2 years to use these classes whenever you would like at both studio locations, before they expire. This is what we recommend if you are planning on attending class 1x/week or less

Virtual Membership ($49/Month) → This membership is a recurring monthly payment with unlimited access to our online classes at both studio locations. This is a great option if you live outside of the Twin Cities, are not comfortable attending in person classes, or simply like the flexibility of working out from home! 

8X/Month Studio Membership ($99/Month) → You have 8 sessions to use at either studio location at any time within that month. This option is going to be best if your goal is to attend class roughly 2x/week and can be great for entering into a new movement routine! This membership is a recurring monthly payment. Other membership benefits include: free attendance for certain studio events, discounts for remaining studio events, and 20% off retail in our Healing Elements wellness shop.

Unlimited Studio Membership ($119/Month) → This is our most popular studio membership as it offers the lowest cost per session! You have unlimited classes each month to use at both studio locations. This membership is ideal for those who are looking to dive into classes 3x/week or more and is great to utilize the large variety in classes that we have to offer! This membership is a recurring monthly payment. Other membership benefits include: free attendance for certain studio events, discounts for remaining studio events, and 20% off retail in our Healing Elements wellness shop.

8X/Month Studio Membership + Bodywork ($165/Month) → This option combines both our Studio Membership and Bodywork Membership option! You will receive 8 class sessions and 1 60min Bodywork session (massage or acupuncture) to use each month. This combined membership offers a holistic approach to your health and wellness journey. This membership is a recurring monthly payment. Other membership benefits include: free attendance for certain studio events, discounts for remaining studio events, and 20% off retail in our Healing Elements wellness shop.

Unlimited Studio Membership + Bodywork ($185/Month) → This option combines both our Studio Membership and Bodywork Membership option! You will receive unlimited class sessions and 1 60min Bodywork session (massage or acupuncture) to use each month. This combined membership offers a holistic approach to your health and wellness journey. This membership is a recurring monthly payment.
