This earthy, herbaceous essential oil is calming and balancing. It's often used in aromatherapy to promote the nervous system, Sage is also known for supporting women’s health. Best applied topically at 12 drops per ounce of carrier oil, massage into lower back & inner wrists. For a simple palm inhalation, rub a few drops of the dilution between palms, lightly cover face and breathe deeply several times.
